Variable Speed Hydraulic Paddle Agitation
Paddle Agitation is the most important feature when purchasing a hydroseeder. The Aqua Mulcher’s Paddle Agitator is made with reinforced steel blades and has an independent variable speed, hydraulic drive, providing forward and reverse agitation. Fast mixing times allow for reduced labor and more time spent seeding rather than loading the tank.
Variable Speed Hydraulic Gear Pump
A positive displacement rotary gear pump is crucial to hydroseeding thick mulch slurries and has the ability to handle all mulch types from thin paper mulch slurries to 100% wood mulch and Bonded Fiber Matrix (BFM) mulches. The Aqua Mulcher’s variable speed, hydraulic driven pump allows the user to adjust the pump to the proper speed for long distance spraying or up close work around houses and driveways. Upgraded steel gears provide greater pump life and performance.
Independent Tandem Hydraulic Drive for Agitator and Spray Pump
Mixing and spraying are operated independently; this allows the user to run the agitator, keeping the slurry in suspension, while spraying without experiencing a drop in hydraulic pressure.
All Steel Tank Construction
Our hydroseeders feature all steel construction for durability and longevity. Coated with a heavy epoxy interior coating, our steel mixing tanks can last a lifetime.
Spray Tower
The Aqua Mulcher comes with a spraying tower standard, included on every machine. Positioned curbside, our spray gun is ideal for roadside projects and is suitable for long distance hydroseeding jobs.
